Scheduling a skin care service? Before receiving a facial at Warm Touch Body Spa you need to provide us with some health information. If you are not able to arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time, you can save some time by printing out your Skin Care Health History Form at home, filling in the information, and bringing it with you to your appointment. |
