Scheduling a massage?
Before receiving a massage at Warm Touch Body Spa you need to provide us with some health information. If you are not able to arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time, you can save some time by printing out your pre-massage health form at home, filling in the information, and bringing it with you to your appointment.
Utilizing mild to moderate pressure let our highly trained therapists decide what your body needs from the beginning of the session all the way to the end of the session based on each individual person. Includes some bodywork, but mainly relaxation.

Utilizing moderate pressure working into deep pressure using specialized techniques, let our highly trained therapists work out any tension, stress and knots from the beginning of the session all the way to the end of the session based on each individual person. When performed correctly deep tissue can be intense but you will not leave feeling bruised.

MFR, is a highly effective hands-on technique that provides sustained pressure into myofascial restrictions to eliminate pain and restore motion. The fascia is a specialized system of the body that has an appearance similar to a spider's web or a sweater that exists uninterrupted from head to toe. It covers every muscle, bone, nerve, and organ down to the cellular level. We promote independence in healing through education in proper body mechanics and movement, as well as the enhancement of strength, flexibility, and mind/body awareness. Signature Zen Stone Massage (aka Hot Stone Massage) is the ultimate in restorative relaxation massage! Comfortably heated basalt stones are carefully placed on areas of tension, and are allowed to gently warm and relax your muscles. This is a wonderful opportunity for the expecting mother to relieve her most common aches, pains, and tender points while receiving the rest she needs on a table designed for pregnancy. Massage can help with edema, sciatica pain, leg cramps, lower backaches & other areas that need that little bit of special attention. We utilize a special pregnancy massage pillow to allow a pregnant mama to lay on her belly her entire pregnancy.
