Scheduling a hair removal service?
Before receiving any hair removal service at Warm Touch Body Spa you need to provide us with some health information. If you are not able to arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time, you can save some time by printing out your Hair Removal Consent Form at home, filling in the information, and bringing it with you to your appointment.
