Please note all services are available per request within our hours of operation based on therapist availability.
Cancellation Policy-You must call and cancel your appointment by 4pm the previous business day of your scheduled appointment or you may be subject to charge.
No Show Policy-If you miss your scheduled appointment and did not call to cancel your appointment by 4pm the previous business day, you may be subject to charge. After the 2 warning you will be required to put a credit card on file.
1st time-Verbal warning
2nd time-Written warning
3rd time-You will be charged 50% of the scheduled service you missed
Check-In Policy-We advise you to check in 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled service. We regret to inform you that late arrival will result in abbreviated service.
Return Policy-Please note all returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. This includes gift certificates and gift cards.
No Sexual Conduct Policy- We will not tolerate any sexual conduct during any service, if any sexual conduct is initiated, the session will be terminated and the client will be responsible to pay for 100% of scheduled visit.
Courtesy Policy-To preserve our tranquil environment, the Spa is a pager-, cell phone-, smoke- and alcohol-free environment. Please turn off you cell phone or pager before the services begins.
