Spa Reservations
Please call us at 715.387.2382 or Schedule your appointment online TODAY! If you call during spa hours of operation and you get the voice mail please remember we are either assisting clients or off-site doing services, make sure to leave a message and we will call you as soon as we are available. Thank you!
Cancellation Policy-You must call and cancel your appointment by 4pm the previous business day of your scheduled appointment or you may be subject to charge.
No Show Policy-If you miss your scheduled appointment and did not call to cancel your appointment by 4pm the previous business day, you may be subject to charge. After the 2nd warning you will be required to put a credit card on file.
1st time-Verbal warning.
2nd time-Written warning and you would be required to put a credit card on file.
3rd time-You will be charged 50% of the scheduled service you missed.
Check-In Policy-We advise you to check in 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled service. We regret to inform you that late arrival will result in abbreviated service.
Return Policy-Please note all returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. This includes gift certificates and gift cards.
No Sexual Conduct Policy-We will not tolerate any sexual conduct during any service, if any sexual conduct is initiated, the session will be terminated and the client will be responsible to pay for 100% of scheduled visit.
Courtesy Policy-To preserve our tranquil environment, the Spa is a pager, cell phone, smoke and alcohol-free environment. Please turn off you cell phone or pager before the services begins.
